Students who need a transcript in a sealed envelope with a stamp across the sealed flap are expected to prepare the envelopes and related materials to present for review in Room 200, Rui’an Building, Siping Campus or at the service window of the Undergraduate School at the Comprehensive Affairs Service Hall of the Fulou Building. The transcript may be stamped upon approval after review by staff.
