Time: All day (Students who need a transcript in an sealed envelope with a stamp across the sealed flap are expected to prepare for envelopes and related materials and present them for review at the service window of Undergraduate School at the comprehensive affairs service hall of Fulou Building. The transcript may be stamped upon approval.)

Ø Replacement for Undergraduate Student ID Card

Time: Monday, Thursday
Instructions: Download an Application Form of Replacement of Tongji University Student ID Card at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/ and take the filled form to the academic section of the applicant’s college/school/department for official stamp. Then, bring a one-inch photo, the stamped application form, and the applicant’s Campus Smart Card to the service window of Undergraduate School in Fulou Building. The new student ID card is available for collection from the service window of Undergraduate School in one month.

Ø Recharge for Undergraduate Train Ticket Discount Card

Instructions: The Train Ticket Discount Card can be recharged in late October of each year. Ø Information change on Undergraduate Train Ticket Discount Card

Instructions: Students who need to change their travel routes are to produce residence certificate for their parents’ new home address provided by their local police station or by their neighborhood administration committee. Information will be changed after the home address is updated at Academic Affairs Administration Information System of Tongji University upon approval after review.

During other course selection time, including retaking courses, students can go to the academic section of their colleges/schools/departments for consultation. Students are to visit the Integrated Academic Affairs Online System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/ or Tongji University Administration Information System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/ for information of course selection time.

Ø Credit Recognition for Application for Permanent Residence in Shanghai for Non-Shanghai Students
Location: 316-2 in Fulou Building
Time: Monday to Friday
Instructions: Graduating students are to download an Application Form of Permanent Residence in Shanghai for Non-Shanghai Students on the website of Job Center and fill in a print form. After credits recognition, the form will be signed and stamped at their colleges/schools. Then take the stamped form to Undergraduate School Administration Office at the Jiading Campus at 316-2 in Fulou Building for stamp. (Students who need the official stamp of Undergraduate School must go to Undergraduate School Administration Office on Siping Campus).

Ø Planner for International Exchange Program of Tongji Undergraduate Students
Location: 316-2 in Fulou Building
Time: Monday to Friday
Instructions: Students who plan to go for an exchange program abroad should download Planner for International Exchange Program of Tongji Undergraduate Students at http://xuanke.tongji.edu, and fill in the proposed courses and their corresponding courses in the program plan of Tongji University. After being reviewed and signed by their course teachers and signed and stamped by their colleges/schools (departments), the planner is to be submitted to Undergraduate School Administration Office at the Jiading Campus for stamp and to Office of International Exchange and Cooperation for filing.

Ø Transportation subsidy for undergraduate students on a minor course
Location: 316-2 in Fulou Building, Undergraduate School Administration Office at the Jiading Campus
Time: Monday to Friday
Instructions: During the first week of each semester, students at the Jiading Campus who attend minor courses (outside Tongji University or on Siping Campus) can collect an Sign-in Card for Minor Course Study at 316-2 in Fulou Building Undergraduate School Administration Office at the Jiading Campus. The Sign-in Card is to be signed by the minor course teacher at the end of the semester and submitted to Undergraduate School Administration Office for review. Upon approval, transportation subsidies will be issued in the next semester.

Ø Application for of Use of Vehicles at the Jiading Campus

Instructions: Students should download Application Form for Use of Vehicles in the Integrated Academic Affairs Online System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/ or Academic Affairs Administration Information System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/. The filled Application Form is to be reviewed and stamped first by the academic section of students’ colleges/schools (departments), then by Undergraduate School Administration Office at the Jiading Campus, and eventually submitted to the Administration Office (Jiading Campus) for implementation.

Ø Instructions: Student societies that wish to use classrooms are to ask the Youth League Committee for approval, and teachers who wish to use classrooms are to ask the academic section of colleges/schools (departments) for approval first, then submit their application via the Integrated Academic Affairs Online System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/. Upon approval of Undergraduate School Administration Office at the Jiading Campus, they will print the filled application form and bring it to their colleges/schools (departments) for stamp, and then present the stamped form to an administrator of the teaching building (no need to be stamped by the Undergraduate School).

Ø College English Tests of Band 4 and Band 6

Instructions: College English Tests of Band 4 and Band 6 are organized nationally in mid-June and mid-December of each year. The registration time is subject to the notice from the Examinations Authority. Information of the tests are available via the Integrated Academic Affairs Online System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/ or via Tongji University Administration Information System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/ in mid-March and mid-October of each year. Students are expected to read the notice carefully and pay attention to time for registration.

Shanghai College Students Computer Examination
Location: 316-2 in Fulou Building, Undergraduate School Administration Office at the Jiading Campus

Instructions: The Examination is held at the end of October each year, subject to the notice from the Examinations Authority. The registration is done via Tongji University Administration Information System at https://1.tongji.edu.cn/ in September. Students are expected to read the notice carefully and pay attention to time for registration.
