Workflow of applying for offering general elective courses

Please note that the general elective courses will be available to select one semester before they are scheduled to start. Teachers must pay attention to the difference in time to apply for offering a general elective course and to start teaching the course. For example, for a course scheduled to start the first semester of the school year 2018-2019, the application to offer the course  should be submitted in the second semester of the previous school year 2017-2018.
